Manager (Digital Strategist)
As the manager of Digital Strategy, this individual will be key in co-piloting with Marketing to develop total digital strategy (as part of overall marketing plan), delivery, agency collaboration, program support, execution of best practices, and knowledge transfer for specific brand/business responsibilities across a portfolio of brands. This individual will also possess successful digital communications strategy (paid, owned and earned) planning leadership and collaboration experience with multiple stakeholders.
Key Outputs:
Deliver integrated digital strategies and plans, in collaboration with Marketing, that are differentiated based on brand's objectives, insights and consumer targets. For specific business, portfolio and/or brand assignments, develop comprehensive, efficient, and effective plans leveraging digital paid, owned and earned touchpoints, to achieve brand business objectives. Strategies and Plans are developed with intimate understanding of brand, target consumer(s) and their digital interaction (50)%
Integrate and Collaborate with Deep Functional Experts (DFEs): With highest level of collaboration, , communicate and ensure implementation of best practices, industry leading expertise, new learning, innovation and testing opportunities with brands, and across portfolios.(20%)
Elevate and accelerate integrated digital capabilities of all brands. Identify and facilitate real-time knowledge transfer across brands and portfolios to increase business results, competency and innovation. (10%)
Identify and provide resources and capabilities that enhance Brands' digital effectiveness. Proactively identify brand and portfolio needs
A) Delivering agency resources, and monitoring performance and relationships appropriate to support business.
B) Partnering with DFEs, deliver capabilities and tools that can be leveraged to elevate performance (ratings/reviews, social listening, consumer intent modeling, etc.) (10%)
Lead people development for portfolio Digital Strategy team (10%)

Education: BA, MBA
Experience: 7+ years of Marketing experience with strategy, communication and digital Marketing experience
Knowledge: Experience developing brand strategies, plans, and enabling executional excellence

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
