Candidate will be responsible for assisting Construction Projects group on, reviewing, analyzing and negotiating pricing agreements, frame agreements, and supply agreements for large multinational construction projects that use our products and services. Supporting Global Sourcing group on a broad spectrum of commercial contracts with various types of suppliers serving manufacturing and professional staff needs including property sales as needed as well. Assisting Marketing and Distributor. Support functions with customer sales related contract questions and issues and helping to support our commercial legal service needs around the world in all areas. Will provide legal compliance and risk management, including assessment of legal risks relating to operations and strategic decisions. Review, analyze and negotiate pricing agreements, frame agreements, and supply agreements for construction projects. Review, analyze draft and negotiate commercial contracts. Assist Corporate Legal Counsel in coordinating legal services for worldwide needs. Advise departments of potential risks in contractual areas and propose risk mitigation strategies. General business consulting / risk management advice to the functional areas of the Company in Purchasing, Finance, Marketing, Distributor Support, and Construction. Will report to the Corporate Legal Counsel.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
