Perform assembly and pressure testing of products. Associate has the skill and ability to recognize the need for and escalate process improvements to standard work that reduce cost and/or improve quality and delivery. Has ability to work with the appropriate resources to solve the most complex process problems (for example, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, programming, etc.). Is able to make significant improvements to existing processes and make recommendations for new processes to address unique/complex needs.
Key
Responsibilities:
Assemble and test components according to standard work and specifications.
Operate designated assembly/test equipment.
Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in area.
Perform daily equipment maintenance and clean up.
Complete daily documentation.
Handle parts properly, utilizing material handling systems when appropriate.
Assure assembly to quality plan and process requirements
Recognize non-conformances and inform appropriate department
Plan and prioritize daily orders.
Perform job related administrative tasks using Control.
Search out, recommend and implement process improvements.
Maintain a balanced workload during and between the shifts.
Skills/Knowledge:
Must efficiently perform all Learner, Independent and Advanced level job functions.
Performs advanced troubleshooting on equipment, products, and processes within the targeted time.
Assists other team members in advanced troubleshooting on equipment, products, and processes and communicates any issues to the team.
Demonstrates the competency to successfully complete the set-up within the targeted time on a consistent basis.
Utilizes appropriate resources to resolve issues outside of their normal daily operations.
Ability to utilize material handling systems
Proficient in the assembly of a wide range of complex products
Ability to understand and apply specific Piping products quality standards and test specifications
Capable of performing preventative maintenance
Works with related departments on his/her own (e.g. Inspection)
Basic computer skills for production, OEE and quality reporting

Scope of position:
Physical Requirements: Due to the products range in size, the ability to regularly lift up to 35 lbs is required. Appropriate material handling equipment will be provided.
Travel: Occasional international and domestic travel up to 2 weeks in duration
Requirements
Position Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience:
2-4 years in assembly environment with experience assembling of a wide range of complex products preferred
Physical Requirements: Due to the products range in size, the ability to regularly lift up to 35 lbs is required. Appropriate material handling equipment will be provided.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
