In this essential role, you will be responsible for supporting the company's products. This will include the resolution of product issues, sourcing, and developing manufacturing and specialty initiatives. Importantly, you will function as the liaison between the manufacturing plant and R&D personnel in Solon, Ohio. To qualify, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer and have at least 5 years of product development experience and be strong in design. A background in either mining, automotive, or the brake industry is required. You'll also need experience with ProE, 3D CAD and casting or machining. Hydraulic experience would be a huge plus! Team-building skills and excellent relationship-development capabilities will be expected, since you will be interfacing with professionals of all levels.
