$16 - $18 per hour KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Provide a first impression that radiates that our company is extremely competent and capable of managing the caller's challenges.
Engage in outbound and inbound calling to best keep the schedule full for the technicians Provide consistency to customers while utilizing the company best practices scripting Efficiently schedule the client based on company guidelines Accurately record information from the call Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment Customer service experience (1 year required) Phone etiquette experience (1 year required) Call center experience Microsoft Office experience Data Entry skills Above average communication skills Be able to accept constructive criticism and open to continuous improvement and skill development HVAC/Plumbing experience (helpful, not required) Dispatching experience (helpful, not required) Dependable Ability to work well in a close team environment BENEFITS 401(k) with company match Dental & Vision insurance Health insurance Paid time off Paid training Health insurance.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
