  • Provide onsite Windows, software, and hardware support, in both Corporate and Manufacturing environments.
  • Support six client locations
  • Stage, provision, and deploy IT machines to end users following defined business practices
  • Install, configure, diagnose, troubleshoot, software for a variety of technologies
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and deploy mobile devices and other audio/visual equipment
  • Follow appropriate KB articles
  • Work within ServiceNow ticketing software to manage workload and detail break-fix steps/resolution for assigned tickets
  • Prioritize and complete work both in a group, and independently, with minimal supervision
  • Communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Inventory management of IT assets to include replacement of aged or broken hardware
  • Resolving escalations from the IT Service Desk and handling client support requests
  • Complete multiple simultaneous projects in a timely manner

  • Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

    Don't Be Fooled

    The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
