Primary
Responsibilities:
Work directly with the team providing project support Contact vendors to receive price quotation for bids Track, coordinate, and check accuracy of quotes Prepare and maintain project files Order entry using QuickBooks and other software Customer communication General office support Skills and attribute requirements:
Ability to plan, organize, prioritize to meet deadlines Proficient in MS Office software and QuickBooks Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Accuracy and attention to detail is a must Positive attitude and preparedness to learn technical terminology and products for the industries we work with Job Type:
