Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and advertising.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
Oversee creation of marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and digital content.
Oversee maintenance of websites by updating content.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in customer service and/or marketing roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
Knowledge of website development.
