Position Summary As the IT Director, Business Relationship Management (BRM) for the Supply Chain function, you'll share ownership for both digital capability strategy and associated business value results for Nestle USA. You will connect and drive digital strategy, aligned with the business strategy, to ensure that digital roadmap and associated IT product/project portfolio maximizes investment and value realization. This will be achieved by stimulating, surfacing, and shaping demand for digital capabilities and assets, in addition to ensuring that the potential business value from those capabilities and assets are captured, optimized, and recognized. In addition, act as the principal technology advisor and thought leader to the Supply Chain function to identify & drive digital innovation-based solutions. You will play a critical role in driving our Nestle USA digital transformation. Be a trusted partner to the Nestle USA Supply Chain team in all aspects related to digital includes technology, data, analytics, automation, etc. Envisions, co-develops, and articulates the overall Nestle USA Supply Chain digital vision and strategy, including the key opportunities to drive customer and shareholder value and how those manifests into a program and product roadmap Ownership of the Digital Roadmap and associated Portfolio for the Nestle USA Supply Chain area and have accountability for its correspondent value delivery Collaborate with Global IT leaders and Product groups to ensure understanding of the Nestle USA business strategy, goals and context in order to properly incorporate those into the product roadmaps Support building Digital Fluency program within business function Engage business leaders to define and solicit innovation needs and opportunities in order scouting and external partnering requirements Drive ideation/innovation to help determine how emerging technology can help with business challenges/opportunities Build and inspire an innovation culture - bring outside in (i.e., ideation workshops, peer to peer, innovation networking, industry events) Requirements 10
years of combined experience in Information Technology and Business 5
years experience with leading IT products/solutions within the Supply Chain domain 3
years experience in leading digital and business transformation in multiple domains of Supply Chain 2

Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
Technology ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
