th America, Inc. seeks an IS/IT Senior Business Analyst in Solon, Ohio Duties:
Develop and implement Information Systems/Information Technology (IS/IT) business systems solutions based on custom business requirements. Work with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements, translating them into technical specifications in accordance with compliance guidelines. Implement systems solutions and execute test scripts to ensure changes fit production needs. Facilitate business scenarios and use cases for the product mix, including product introduction, specification and the change management required to maximize its adoption and value. Produce end user documentation and training materials for solutions users. Requirements Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics or a related field plus 8 years of experience in the job offered or in business process integration and design. Must have 8 years of experience in each of the following:
Information Systems or Information Technology (IS/IT) project management including coordinating all deployment initiatives, defining project scope, devising contingency plans and addressing cross-functional integration issues; analyzing and identifying business process improvements and creating technical solutions in accordance with compliance guidelines; resolving business application related incidents and conducting root cause analysis; communicating complex technical concepts in business terms to management and project stakeholders; and utilizing SAP integration tools such as ALM, ServiceNow, HP Service Manager, or similar for testing and project management.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Business AnalysisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
